This page describes how the ZirkoDesk marketing website handles information. It is a static informational site and does not process patient data.

Scope

This policy covers zirkodesk.com (the marketing website). The ZirkoDesk application is a separate service with its own terms.

Product analytics in the application

In the logged-in ZirkoDesk application we use PostHog (PostHog Inc., EU Cloud) to understand product usage (e.g. logins, order and quote flows). We send technical identifiers (user id, role, tenant id, order/quote ids) and event names — not patient data, not email addresses, and not form contents. We also record anonymised session replays, click heatmaps and interface interactions (autocapture) to diagnose usability problems. All on-screen text and every form field are masked before recording and images/attachments are blocked, so replays show layout and clicks, never patient data or typed content. There is no separate cookie banner inside the app; this processing supports operating and improving the service. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) and/or (f) GDPR as applicable (to be confirmed with counsel). You can ask about this processing via the contact details in this policy. Landing-page GA4 remains consent-gated and separate from the app.

Analytics and cookies

With your consent, this website uses Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) to help us understand how visitors use the site. Analytics is off by default — the measurement script loads only after you accept it in the cookie banner, and no analytics cookies are set if you decline. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer. IP addresses are truncated and we do not use advertising features. Legal basis: consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); data may be processed by Google — see Google's privacy policy. Fonts and other assets are still served locally.
